  • It's peanut butter jelly time my name is ........ And window 7was my idea

  • I have a 64-bit. HAHA

  • Comment removed

  • Y2KXXXVIII

  • I don't know how that would end the world, maybe end the world for computer nerds but it wouldn't do sh**

  • Meh, we'll deal with it when we get there. LOL

  • if we could avoid it the first time in 2000 what makes you think the technology isn't good enough for changing the clock in 2038?

  • @SUPOJosh no offence

  • y3k LOL

  • i come from the future it is 2038 and my 32 bit genisis bitchass

  • In 2038 im sure there more to it then just Y2K.NASA is on the brink of an enormous asteroid coming upon Janurary 4th 2038.

  • i love how i type in a random year and surprise surprise, looks like another doomsday oh no...

  • Want to calculate the exact time (of the end of the world) for us?

  • @cheatmasterbw No thanks :)

  • your wrong its Y2J Jericho for ever

  • secound y2k? when was the first?

  • so what if y2k happens!!.... dont ,mean nothing, All it means is Red necks will wont be Able to watch t.v and fat amerians wont be Able to watch porn

  • HHAHAHHAHAHAH I LOVE BULLSHIT

  • You people are stupid.

The "year 2038 problem" is a load of shit. I think calculators can count to the number 0x7D0 or 0x7F6. I also think that Windows' clock follows this same standard.

Stop being retarded, use more common sense.

  • Y2K means: Why 2? OK?

  • @KeTeVemCovers YEAR 2000 OKAY?

  • @KrankyBIAS Even better

  • TIme is conting in seconds since 70 in a signed integer 32 bit variable, In most today system, 32 bits computers and microcontroller based system.

Since it's signed it will wrap around and goes in negative.

    peaple does not understand it,

2038 seems far away for them

but this shit is going to screw a lot of thing

    more than y2k and 2012

  • BULLSHIT!!! Computers aren't stupid.

  • @IAMSAM1234567890 You're right, they're not. The people who programmed them, on the other hand, are. They did not account for that problem. The 2038 problem is probably going to be a big one because there are MANY other devices that use signed 4 byte integers to store the time. PC's will be fine, other digital devices will crash.

  • @IAMSAM1234567890 Any computer programmer worth his salt will tell you that computers are very stupid.

  • @david52875 computers aren't stupid, they just don't have a consciousness.

  • Y2K, 2012, 2036, and 2038?! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH HUMANS MAKING THINGS UP?!?!!

  • Y3K will be sexy but ill be dead

  • what the heck is Y2K???

  • @MultiRainb0w The Year 2000

  • @MultiRainb0w u musta born in 2003 to not kno y2k

  • @UpskirtPower no sorry...i was born in 1998 i never heard about y2k i never heard anyone talking about that i just wanted to know what it is -.-

  • @MultiRainb0w ahh i see well 98 still pretty recent... u were 4 when y2k controversey immerge. y2k aka 2000 aka millenium is said to be doomsday.... aka end of the world jus like people saying it now to 2012. thats why some people not believe 2012 would be end cuz y2k did not. all y2k did was bust up computer clock.... and uhhh following years we have tsunami and 9 11 n other disaster so ummm yeah 2012 might be something happend. it will be late or before. something big.

  • hello the 2038 problem is fake. I set my bios and my windows 7 pc time to year 4500 and my pc did not loop the time or crash. and yes I used windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. but it you are afraid of getting this problem try resetting your system year to 2000 or less.

  • @computerwiz4 just because u set windows to a year does not mean the internal clock which runs on seperate integrated hardware does too. Internal clocks can only be changed through a bios patch or one for the clock, NOT windows. Your computer runs on a clock that you cannot change yourself (unless u know how to program it) that runs on Unix Time which started on the Epoch January 1st 1970. Windows uses that as a reference

  • 2012 is the worrying one because theres just major signs all over the world people are ignoring for their own happiness

  • Shucks, I don't think I have to worry about 2038, or that other number you said.

  • Yeah you definitely shouldn't worry, because by then all the computers will be 64-bit or beyond. I was just saying a possible problem if you still have a 32-bit system

  • Would a 16 or 8 bit system have a problem similar to this a while ago?

  • My PC gets to 2099!!!

    it's a windows7. bought in andorra in dec 2009

  • dude just turn back the computer clock!

  • No, its an internal clock (that you can't change)

  • the media always blows things out of proportion!

thanks for your videos they have really helped me!
