just one question, why do you use pic µCs?

I never used them i use Atmel µCs, because they give you the whole programming environment for free + gcc + large community and so on...made the starting pretty easy...and of course i still use them ...i guess thats marketing :P

but im always interested in different products, so is there any advantage by using pics?
