  • @cardician2008 people usually do 3....advanced bodybuilders might do more but for a beginner i would stick with 3 sets

  • @cardician2008 around 9 - 12 of 3 different movements, even if you'v been training for 2 weeks i doubt just 3 sets will be enough for you. message me if you need any help

    that's true, if you google it.. you'll see that biceps have two muscles. However, those two are packed in one big muscle. they are m. biceps lateralis and m.biceps medialis. im a medical student so i know about it.
