  • This was painful to watch man...this was after Mickey went from a tough, mischevious scrapper, to a sad, conservative, teetotaling dork.

  • i bet his wife was pissed when he finally came home lmfao

  • i used to like disney when they actually had cartoons like these, now all they have are shows with teenage sluts

  • just love how they laugh about crashing an early automobile which was no doubt super expensive for that time period

  • Minnie's got a big butt!

  • @CAM72894ify Refer to my reply to 2WhiteAndNerdy's comment.

  • How time flies: thumbs up if your grandma was a girl When This Cartoon Came Out. XD

  • @queenofthecapes Not quite, both of mine were married at this point with my parents being born a few years later.

  • Vaudeville, how amusing .

  • This is the worst short film out of the entire Mickey Mouse collection. I hate his design here. His head is huge.

  • The movie part and the comedy guys part gave me nightmare fuel when I was a child.

  • "P.S., he came hoe!" haha, funny...

  • ah now i know

  • i remember this old cartoon and minnies dress was that a puffy dress or did minnie had a booty back then lol that was so the coolest cartoon ever

  • @Ravenlover21

'Twas a puffy dress, most definitely, in the 1890's when this is set, women's dresses had booty-enhancing sewn-on features called "bustles" :o)

  • I adore this cartoon, mainly for Ward Kimball and Fred Moore's cameo. Anyone know if they actually voiced themselves?

  • @Tozzywozzy01

Yup, according to IMDb they did.

  • I can definitely tell why Walt Disney himself had quite an obsession with this time period, especially after noticing the resemblance of Main Street USA at the Disney theme parks. Since that period was known as the "Gay Nineties," back then, that term did not mean homosexual, nor was it also used as a generic insult.

  • Where I can find this version of the song:

    0:31-1:57 ?

  • Does anyone know what tune plays during the beginning of the Fred & Ward performance?

  • "Oh gosh, Minnie... don't make it so hard... it's only a show" XDDDD

  • :c I miss seeing these. Disney, you disappoint me now.

  • @LucidDreamPopsicle This gives me the urge to punish Miley Cyrus for all that downright immoral and unethical stuff she did by forcefully making her dress the way women did back then!

  • @SonicFamilyGal Hehehe in the big-booty dresses, as I call them. Reminds me of the picture that floats around the internet comparing girls from the past to young girls nowadays.

  • @LucidDreamPopsicle Wow, since we often pride ourselves of spending our childhoood in the nineties from a century later, I'm sure those nineties were at least as gay as the nineties in this cartoon!

  • @SonicFamilyGal and by gay I mean happy and carefree (sorry, I just thought I'd post a reply to this comment so it won't end up being downrated into oblivion.

  • @LucidDreamPopsicle so long as they make millions of dollars daily, they really don't care who's disappointed.

  • @lorrainewands The sad truth.

  • "Hold tight, Minnie! HERE WE GO!" /goes 15 mph

    LOLOLOL.

  • @LethalOnyx Back then, that was like their 80 or 90 MPH.

  • You have the exact same video as me haha. I just made it for youtube today then I realized you uplaoded it lol!

  • @1:15 Baby got back!

  • @2WhiteAndNerdy Hmm...I'm now staring to wonder if people wanted women's bums to be flattered in that sort of manner since common decency standards in terms of dress were supposedly very strict back in those days.
