it normally does, but I believe if you have a really long combo, the damage decreases as the moves keep happening; I guess it's a way to stop total domination of players by people like Daigo, LOL.

@AibanSama Yes and no! If it becomes second nature by repeating it till death it's possible. These weren't one takes. They probably had to restart numerous times though.
