@NeoHopeSTF That's the Spur, if you hold on to the polar star until you get the jetpack, you can get back to the first cave. If you bring the polar star back to the gunsmith he'll take it and replace it with the spur.

Its possible, ive MADE it to hell with only 3hp, the battle with the doctor, misery, sue was quite intense. But I just cant seem to beat hell, Ive made it to the heavy press but no further.

Also in between the 1st and 2nd phase you're invincible til he hits the ground. Not sure if that's what you mean but just throwing that out there.

Wow, that's absolutely amazing. Great job! The first time I saw this, I thought it was just really cool, but on the THIRD viewing, I suddenly realized "Wait a minute, this guy doesn't just have only 3HP... He has 3 MAXIMUM HP! Holy crap!" The full weight of how awesome that is, to have gotten all the way through the game with just the starting HP value, that just blew me away. Absolutely awesome, dude.

Simple really, I took a hit on the spikes as they were appearing (2HP dmg) and boosted through the small eyes to get into Ballos' eye and then I unloaded all the missles as fast as I could to make sure he'd die before I did.
