Femshep is always better except sometimes when screaming, but she improved this downside on ME2, and her voicing there is just excellent.

Manshep also improved in ME2 but still needs practice.

Prove of this is that Femsheps voice was nominated for "best performance by a human female" at Spike and she could have won if weren't for SCII.

You don't see him again until after the final battle. Presumably he's arrested and questioned until the Geth show up and everybody panics and tries to fight them off. He might have helped out there.

Either way he digs you out of the rubble in after the final battle and is otherwise fine. They don't press charges or anything because his and Shepard's actions basically saved the day, while Council would have doomed themselves.
