  • The number of reps I recommend are 12 - 15. Weight depends on your strength. You should use enough weight so the last one or two repetitions are very difficult. Yes. This shows each exercise for the Arms and Shoulders workout.

  • I am going to start doing this, What lb dumbells do you use? I use 10's, 5's, and 15's, depending what exercise I do. How many reps for each exercise that would be very helpful, and are these all the workouts from the p90x arms and shoulders? Thanks girl!~
