How to make The Green Ranger in Champions Online

I believe it is called cowl wide in the intregated shoulders catagory for chest. If only there was a diamond shaped emblem to go with it it would be near perfect.

You are using the wrong body type. go into the integrated shoulders and there is a cowl chestwear item that is nearly the exact right shape (minus the diamond shape part in the front)
