Sorry! As a teacher with over 50 years experience I believe throwing more money at the problems in education is counter-productive.
We need to change what is happening in the schools, give teachers more control over curriculum, and combat the social ills that are impacting our classrooms negatively.
More parental involvement is just one of the answers - NOT more money.
