Mate.....Far be it from me to tell you what you NEED to do, but i'd try a different form of changing. I'd suggest that you tried to shut the throttle, but skip the clutch, instead of the technique that you're doing on this clip. If you unload the box, up, or down, it'll save your engine...and you'll be faster.
Thanks for the video. Im 14 and im heading down the 2nd round of the MRRDA Series this weekend. This is gonna help heeps to get a breif overveiw of the track before i get there.
Thanks again, and to all those people giving adivce like work on the up shifts. be greatful he made the clip for you.
Ummmm.....the clutch will be a pile of dust, at the rate he's going. Not to mention the overrev that's occurring, in most changes. Some times it's better to use the 'organic quick shift', than to root the engine from over work.
Sounds like you're using the clutch on up shifts which is fine, that's what a clutch is for but at the track you want lightening fast changes - try clutchless. The rest of your riding looks great and nice camera footage. Looks like you were getting a bit of lean there - good stuff!
Dude....Minute 14's?....Try the handle on the right....

Dude, stop flat changing, you'll only wreck your bike and it won't make you go any quicker. Otherwise, great vid!
