I remember when I first saw this! At first I was like, "Carmeldansen, really?" Considering the song, at that time, had grown old to me. Then this remix was awesome.

I'm not a big fan of the dubstep either. Mostly because I didn't discover the genre until the school year started and all the people on the floor except me listen to it, and won't stop...

@MasauFuku I disagree. While I've been 100% supportive of fan videos (even ones created by haters to "make fun of us") copyright infringement is a serious issue in music and entertainment. There are tons of illegal download websites where the owners are turning a profit (through advertising) at the expense of the artists, labels and copyright holders. I've had to send out 4-5 takedown notices a week sometimes, and go through too many hoops to get these a-holes to comply.

I have seen countless youtube videos taken down by false DMCA claims, either by someone who doesn't understand what fair use is, by groups that simply don't like someone's viewpoints, or by companies that don't like that other people are making derivative works. In these cases, the burden of proof is not on the person making the claim, but the person who's video get's taken down by the false claim.

@MasauFuku Not something I've experienced but I don't doubt what you're saying. In this case, when I was finally able to connect with the copyright holders (which took a long time) they were nothing but cool and supportive of our song. The bottom line is that whether or not someone is making money by infringing on a copyright, they are still infringing. Different copyright holders have different attitudes about their IP and some are more friendly than others.
