ur Right dude, the last pic is not him, read the heavier than hevan biography, it says that hes face was visible because they showed hes face at hes funeral he needed slight plastic surgery but they sewed hes eyes shut, if they showed hes face at thes funeral then it must not as bad as the pic in the vid, the pic in the vid hes whole head is gone..:)

well...throughout these years of nirvana fanatism and after a study from the diffrent eras...my conclusion is that his original hair color is blonde(omg!!!). Red-purple, red-bloostained,as you say brown, and even throught a gray /blue tone are part of his catalogue of colors.

he shot himself with a 20 guage shotgun. his head was fully intact and not that damaged. also, when he was found, he had been dead for days. there was no attempt to save him. the picture is someone else.
