@Benji6A Run flats, yes. I have them on my 99 Crown Victoria. The car used to be in service for a local police department. The tire can go flat but you can drive the car for something like 300 miles at a steady rate of 45 miles per hour. Definitely pricey (as far as the civvie market goes) but for a Gov to have? Very cheap compared to the armoring of the vehicle it's self.
