how can you do this that reno's speaking during the music?

With Windows Movie Maker just mute the clips that you don't want to hear during the song and leave those clips you want to hear be. I adjusted the volume of the speaking clips to their maximum level 'cause otherwise you can't heard them well.

(To mute a single clip, select the clip you want to mute and then move the cursor to the fifth opinion on the top of the WMM program. I don't know what it says in english, but there move the cursor to the second opinion and select Mute.)
