  • I was lucky enough to see it several times in London. Laura Michelle Kelly's voice was amazing and so pure, her voice was one of the main reasons I saw this show several times. The production team for the London Olympics should make her part of the opening ceremony.

  • @spanishloverfun YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES. I would love if she was a part of it.

  • .... Did Frodo and Sam kiss???? :S

Wow! What a show if they did! :P

  • Seague into flight to the ford. Leave the rest of act I as is.

    3. In act 2 cut "Lothlórien" and replace with a song that galadriel sings to lighten the weight of the fellowships greif over gandalf's death. Leave the rest of the act as is.

    4. In act 3, change the title and some of the lyrics in "Wonder". It should be more about frodo and his quest than about the fate of Lothlórien. Again, leave the rest as is.

  • I do also! However, I think it will need some reworking, or critics will rip through this show. It just needs to be easier to follow for people that have never heard of the story. I recommend the following changes-

    1. Show starts w/ Frodo writing of his adventure, seagues to flasback of bilbo's birthday.

    2. Though enjoyable, cut "The Cat and the Moon". Replace with dialogue explaining Gandalf's abscence, showing frodo putting on ring for the first time, and meeting strider.

  • Love the kiss scene of Rosie and Sam. So cute pair as in the book and film. I hope this musical comes to NY, sence I live far away from London and US.

  • who is kissing at 0.45 looks like a pair of hobbits haha xx

  • This show looks ammazing love the videos!

  • steamy kiss between frodo and sam at 0:45

  • @anticliche321 hahaha, it's actually rosie and sam

  • Um, do Frodo and Sam kiss?

  • It sure looks like they do....

  • Oh. So they're together in the show?

  • Had I seen this on Youtube earlier I would have been sorely tempted to have gone to England to see the production! When I first heard the concept of a LOTR musical I pictured tap dancing hobbits. This was as far removed from my concept of a musical as cirque du soleil is from Barnum and Bailey cirus. My only sorrow is that I'm not sure the Tolkien heirs are benefiting from any of this.

  • they may not want any on the benefits

  • Tolkien's granddaughter has been a supporter of the musical since Toronto.

  • that frodo adn sam hug is so WOW

  • love LMK!!!

  • OMG!! im seeing this at easter im soooo excited!!
