Great project and cool idea, the idea of making a portable cheap player piano system that can be used with almost any normal piano is not a new one, sadly no one in history so far has managed to make them cheap enough.. i hope the project goes well, keep it simple and keep it cheap, really something like this today in the market could make alot of money, think of all the old pianos out there with one one to play them properly! anyone with a piano could have a live performence in there own home
