It's one of the Gari "cookie-cutter" themes... this theme of the same sound is found in packages such as The One and Only, News Series 2000 Plus, The Great News Package, Where It All Happens, and custom themes for WXIA and WMGM.

Gari should take this theme & revive it in a New Generation version of The One and Only along with the other packages that shared this theme.
