Thanks for all these helpful videos, Gonna try my luck on Arturia Minimoog VST (said to be very close in sound to a hardware model) for Deep House/Techno productions. Recent developments in that scene are really a shame. No skill required to sell records and music becomes a secondary factor, people come to parties for ego trips and chasing girls instead for the music.
My all time favorite ALBUM is "Stephan Bodzin - Liebe Ist...", please give it a try :) He grew up with Minimoog as a child.
@phazedown Thanks for watching! Good luck with your purchase and music making! I'll have a look at that album for sure, I'm always looking for great new music, thanks for the tip!
@zdogtru3 Sorry, no not really have them available. I think you could probably make them out from watching closely though. Do ask if there's something in particular and I'll help you with the exact settings. Thanks!
@7thDanSound i was specifically wondering how you did the vowel sounds? If you dont mind, could you send the settings my way? thanks again for your time and inspiration.
@zdogtru3 You're in luck! The vowel sounds are covered in my very first video as a step by step tutorial. I'm posting it as a video reply to this video.
It was only recently that I found out most of Klaus Schulze's leads were played on the Mini. Once I get mine fixed, I'm going to have to try to find his sound. Never sounded much like a Mini to me. Most Mini leads are all screaming Wakeman, Emerson sounds or relatively simple ones like those used by Peter Bardens (Camel)...then of course Kraftwerk used it a lot and there sounds always were unique. Nice demo!

Nice demo! Still, an Arp Odyssey is more sonically flexible, how I'd love to own one, the perfect Minimoog accompaniment!!
