I dont need someone to tell my what music i listen to like the east and west coast

if you dont got nothing to say but i stunna stunna i shine all the time then "tell your story walkin like a tour guide, cuz my peoples aint tryin to hear that"

howd you get from a biggie video to melle mel??

get back on your bullshit channels

    and talk "ganksta".

hiphop does not, and will not ever want you.

    thank you.

    goodbye.

  • There is something to be said your attitude, you think your hard? I think you're a racist piece of shit and I would cold knock you out myself son, there is no need to belittle others based on the colour of their skin, I DONT give a fuck what race you are in the first place, if you wanna act like a piece of shit you should be treated like one, take your bullshit somewere else, its people like you's fault that there is still problems between races.

  • no, you would do nothing of the sort. you are a coward and a chump. out of all the people on the net who bash others because of race, you feel some sort of gratification by pointing out i have an "attitude"because i called somebody a "white boy". kiss my ass and go eat a bowl of fish & chips. Stop trying to be a hero, mad max. Knock me out? Ha! That's the best comedy I've read all day.

  • Sure thing tough guy, I'll give you the best piece of advice anyone could ever give you,

Do what you've always done, and get what you've always got,

so you keep the cycle of racism alive by belittling people because of the few, and the same thing will keep happening from the other side.

Its a shame that people like you will never catch on, you're just as bad as the stupid suburban white kids that say n****er like its their word.

  • no thanks, your advice is no more needed by me than your insinuation that you would knock me out. too bad your noble attempt to be some type of reprimanding voice of reason was overshadowed by overlooking a fact that the same way white subruban kids use the "n***er" like its THEIR word, they do the same thing with hip hop like it's THEIR art. But you probably STILL don't get it. So just fall back and like Melle Mel would say it better "Step OFF". there's something to be said about your arrogance

  • lmfao.

at times i wish whites would go fine... fuck you all then.

Souja boy would still be a talentless turd shining shoes without the white man open your eyes.

all these biggie-tupac pussies and whatnot.

youve sold your soul black race.

you are now property of the machine forever.

and the longer you blame hiphop and not rap music the longer your confused.

    learn the difference,

    then come back.

and maybe a hopper will waste 4 seconds explaining a lil something to you.

  • they dont get how hip hop is dead due to the fact that corporate america pushes niggradom in the form of rap.....

  • All ages and races need changes in places.

  • mell thats that real mc ing yall peace c larock give made thanks to melle mel

  • the drummer

  • What happened to Cowboy during his rap?

  • see them cats like RUN DMC and Rakim et.c, did a lot for hip hop reaching wider audiences and put rap on the mainstream map, but in so doing they also indirectly caused a great deal of harm because white people who was alien to the culture took THEIR (runDMC, etc,) to be the sole representation of the art & culture. They neglected the other aspects, the diverse roots of reggae, soul & rock., that's why they sport ill styles(not just sneaks & chains) WHodini was like that too. Real Hip hop

  • I wanna see the video of Melle Mel vs. Willie D of the Geto Boys. (No, they wasn't rappin', they was fighting!)

  • Yo all yall dudes that know hip-hops history dont argue with these fuckin new comers this man is HIP-HOP Rakim anybody who been in the game knows this dude wasnt to be fucked with plus he would smack the shit outta you wilsola for callin him gay. Like him or not you obviously dont know about hiphop only about RAP music. Mel said shit about Rappers and Hip-Hop that he has taken back, when he was angry about not gettin his "just due" You gotta remember these dudes got pimped by the game.

  • This beat is sampled!! TROUBLE FUNK go go band from DC made Pump Me Up!

  • mell is comming back with his third sigle in the 2 ka so all yall wack mcs step offf

  • rakim came from the radiation of melle mel's illustrious street legacy DOOD. There'd BE no rakim if it wasn't for melle mel. rakim and every other rapper and fan like yiou is an example of a newer generation that think you can do everything better than the old schoolers because you are aided by better technology. But broz like melle mel came from ground ZERO ! That's not a good or bad thing, but you can't take that away from melle mel. He's the KING of rap as it is known today.

  • Amen! Hallelujah! Can I get a witness?

  • Yo waddup my homey long time no hear I see you takin em to school yo we gotta keep em informed about the foundation stay on your job baby. Yo hit me when you getta chance aight. I gott ask you something important.

    PEACE Dee

  • Better technology? How about way better lyrics and flow? That has nothing to do with technology, just a better flow and lyrixcs than he had in his day, way better. Rap grew alot since then, thats a good thing.

  • sorry pal, but technology has A LOT to do with the way the speed of modern modes of communication. Therefore, the acts of today have an easier access to widespread audiences. ordinary white people (nor even NOT ordinary ) wouldn't be listening to rap THIS DAY if it weren't for the beastie boys--they sold millions--and they didn't have lyrics ; so obviously "better lyrics" don't figure into it when versed with "tech." Nobody could ever be better than the first one and Melle Mel was the first MC.

  • There can always be better, and there has been since him. He was the first MC you say, okay but he is not the best ever to do it. Rap has grown lyrically alot since then, some new cats would rap circles around this dude on the mic. Nas in his earlier days (Still would) was better easily, still is. I show him mad respect for he did alot for this game obviously, but he is not that nice in all reality.

  • that's an argument that can never be settled because just like ANY ARTrap is no different for it is based on the interpretations of its listeners. They came from different eras and environments (Melle Mel & Rakim); the same argument is used also when people talk boxing; Oh,who's better Ali or Tyson? but the POINT is,it's easy for somebody to IMPROVE on something that's already created. Melle Mel created MC's like Rakim,NASetc.,Melle Mel made rap something PEOPLE wanted to hear. He's the best.

  • I agree, and to that I give Melle thanks! Props to him he is a legend to say the least.

  • the rick james of the hiphop scene. goodtimes

  • @dimviesel I BET THAT OUTFIT SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME...HAHAH STILL ONE OF THE BEST MC'S AROUND THOUGH SO I SPOSE WE'LL FORGIVE THE BORDERLINE GAY OUTFIT LOL

  • @lenixwest HA!!!! LORL!! TRUE, TRUE BLESS HA HA

  • makes me want to shake my BOOOOTY

  • hahaha, the band looks stupid, but his rhymes are cool. Melle mel's native hip-hop pioneer!

  • Funky! - the king of Rap.

  • Melle Mel Called Rakim and KRS 1 Overrated!>!>!

  • If that's so, then I disagree with Melle Mel--especially about Rakim! But Melle Mel was and is a true hip hop icon.

  • Well he is an idiot then because they were miles ahead of his old hating azz when he said that.

  • I think Mels ego was working overtime. KRS One and Rakim are two of the best to ever do it. Mel is from a different stage in the evolution of Hip Hop. He was one of the best in his stage.( Spoonie G, Jimmy Spicer Grand master Caz to name a few)But Mel takes a loss with the wardrobe. What was he wearing.

  • I swear I'm about to pull out my roller skates, This song would pack the floor. RIP Cowboy!! Much luv to GNF & da furious 5

  • sooo well rhymed ^______^
