  • amen my brother, keep preaching the gospel and may God bless us!

  • 1 John 3:4 "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." The words Law and Commandments are synonyms. Jesus' crucifixion fulfilled the law of animal sacrifice, Hebrews 10, please do not be lead to destruction by your lack of understanding of Paul's epistles, 2 Peter 3:14-16, for Jesus said "If" you love me, keep my commandments. Works will not save you but lawlessness will cause you not to enter heaven. Great Videos brother!

  • Good video, I've been going back and forth on this topic, but I think this settle it.

  • Matthew 7:21-23

21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord!' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to Me, 'Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy in Your name, drive out demons in Your name, and do many miracles in Your name? ' 23 Then I will announce to them, 'I never knew you! Depart from Me, you lawbreakers! '

Only he who does God's will enters, even those who had power in his name can be rejected if they break his law.

  • There is no such thing as a carnal christian. If you claim to be christian and are living carnally and are not trying to change, that is willful sin. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit (Matt. 7:18-20) And faith without works is dead! (James 2:14-26) We are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12-13) It is a lifelong process, not gained instantly and never revoked. Even the demons believe and tremble! Any branch in Jesus that does not bear fruit is removed! (John 15:2)

  • YOU ARE REALLY FILLED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. FOR IT'S NOT YOU TALKING ALONE, BUT HE THAT'S LIVING IN YOU. <3 GOD BLESS U BRO.

  • This is soo true...there is no such thing as a "carnal" Christian. If you're living in the flesh, you're NOT one of His!

  • @Berz...Well actually you are taking scripture out of context...The verse Says "Therfore there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, WHO DO NOT WALK AFTER THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH< BUT TO THE SPIRIT"...LOLOLOL + It is even said fully in the video

  • holiness is real important - vital to advancing the kingdom of heaven here on earth - but it is not the badge that gets us to heaven - there will be those who have lived what they thought were holy lives who won't be saved - because they didn't know Him - salvation from death is through receiving eternal life from Jesus - and that is the only way to salvation - there are those who live righteous but have never come to Him to receive the life he freely gives - don't trust your own righteousness!

  • a lot of struggling children of God are deceived by Satan that they are condemned - your message feeds that sense of shame and condemnation - have you ever sat with anyone who is struggling with alcoholism, or pornography and heard the anguish they go through in bondage to their sin - and you would say "well you are not saved, you're being carnal, so you I can see you are a false convert" - Jesus came to set them free - he was a friend to sinners because sinners need of him is the greatest

  • Good word! Please allow me to give an opinion tho. Even as someone who walks in Holy Spirit, I feel a little bit uncomfortable because of your tone. I understand you are very anxious to get the message across, which makes it really easy to fall into the trap of condemning and judging people.

Have you ever heard of God's voice? Even though He wants you to know something, He would say it in SUCH a loving tone that you would cry for the grace.

Yeah, think about what God would say and say it.

  • Wow... this is all based on the theory that one can loose their salvation in some way....

  • Good job brother!!! It all comes down to the heart. If we are sincere Christians then we will be drawing strength from Jesus through His Spirit to overcome sins. God knows the heart so we can not fool Him. Sometimes it happens quickly and sometimes it takes a while so Christians please never give up. Jesus never gave up on us.

  • Spot on Brother, so many pastors pussyfoot around thiis saying once save always saved./ This just like Hebrews 6 verses 3-8. says it all.

  • The spirit is in this man

  • Keep preaching

  • Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for ( His ) seed remains in him; and he cannot sin because he has been born of God . A Christian is a soldier and they are (in) Christ the commander .Thier is no firing squad in the body of Christ. A sinning Christian will be chastened by the father. A christian can get into sin but cannot remain there for he will be miserable in sin. Jesus said we would get dirty feet in this world and mine has been dirty lots greg

  • Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for ( His ) seed remains in him; and he cannot sin

  • Cause according to How can a dead person have any relations to the law according to Romans 7:4? If we as Believers are dead to the law, What condemnation could we possibly encounter? Could it be from Him? It sure won't be God who sent His only Son. Who will bring a charge against God's elect ? God is the one who justifies ; 34 who is the one who condemns ? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.

  • @bearz Oh really? We are made positionally righteous if we truly repent and give our lives to Jesus. However if we do not, and we live in sin, we are NOT SAVED. Romans 6:13 "Neither yield ye your members [as] instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God".

Righteousness here is NOT A NOUN ITS A VERB

  • the majority of people who except Jesus as there personal Saviour and get baptised probably continue to sin until they overcome imperfections. It says in 1 John 2: 1My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 3And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

  • @kobe88us said: "We are made positionally righteous if we truly repent and give our lives to Jesus."

    Tit 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

We are not positionally justified by our own righteousness. We are justified freely by His grace by faith alone in Christ alone{Rom 3:24}. Our sanctification progress does not effect our justification. Salvation is a free gift. :-)

  • @InTheSpirit12 Nicely said homie.

  • The reason there is no condemnation for those who are "IN" Christ Jesus, is because we are IN Christ Jesus. We are no longer under the ministration of the ten commandments. According to 2 Corinthians 3: 6-7 we are too minister the New Covenant. Not the ten commandments which Paul calls the [Ministry of Death] which was engraved on stones. The only part of the Law that was engraved on stone was the Ten commandments. And Paul calls it the ministry of death.

  • @bearz STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR SINNERS AND HYPOCRITES. YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD TO SIN WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN JESUS

  • @kobe88us DEFINE "DEAD TO SIN"

  • The original Greek does not have" who do not walk according to the flesh" That part of romans 8:1 was added. It was actually taken from Romans 8:4.

I find this guy funny. He's trying to teach things in context and totally took this out of its context. The previous chapter Paul was talking about how the Law(ten commandments) bring forth whats already in our flesh. Which is sin. The law was designed to bring forth sin in us, thus seeing our inability to keep the Law-Romans 7:8

  • @bearz DEFINE ALIVE TO RIGHTEOUSNESS

  • @kobe88us Righteousness is a Noun, it ain't a verb. In other words, righteousness is not something we do. Its something we ARE because we are in Christ Jesus.

    2 Corinthians 5:21

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in Him.

  • @bearz Amen bro Joel.Lovely pointed out!Grace and peace be unto you.

  • @bearz Notice it says "might" become the righteousness of God. Which means that we "might not". LOL! Dude check your theology at the door.

  • great teaching there is no such thing as a carnal christian!!!

  • GOOD! helpful!

  • Great Teaching/ Preaching.

Yes we must renew our mind and walk in the Spirit every day. Jesus Christ is our Daily Bread.

    This is GOOD NEWS...

Yes I pray I am an over comer and to walk in the light and bear much fruit for His Kingdom.

    God Bless

  • Going to show this to my home group tomorrow. Good preaching. :)

  • @Apocalips320 The NT is full of the consequences of walking in the flesh. The admonitions are there to walk in the Spirit and we won't fulfill the lust of the flesh. Which means we can do that. The issue is what nature are we feeding, since walking in the Spirit or in the flesh are contrary to each other. We are to put sin to death. Don't do this and we are controlled by the flesh. Since salvation is by grace, that means sin can destroy our fellowship with the Lord and mess up our reward.

  • good word brother, keep teaching. God bless !

  • No one goes to Heaven (John 3:13).

  • You twisted those verses pretty good. Nice work buddie.

  • @bearz lol Seems like he read them pretty clear to me lol. Its scary to think that you have to act like Jesus did something for you huh? lol

  • AmenAmenAmen, brutha Emmanuel!!!! Do you have a church?? You are definitely anointed, brother!!!!Praise God for your gifts and your compassion to share God's message!!!

  • The subject of Romans is pleasing God. Romans 8:8 This has to do with the walk of the believer. The distinction is being made from that which is born in the Spirit and that which is born in the flesh. Can the believer walk in the flesh. Yes we can. Or, the admonition wouldn't be there for us to walk in the Spirit. This is an issue for the believer. Why? Because only in Christ can a person please God. The issue is not about salvation.

  • @Apocalips320 I agree apocal. But it is not our place to say whether a Christian is saved or not, unless of course the individual denies the gospel. If there is no fruit then one could believe that specific Christian is in need of help and accountability, but condemning someone who is sinning does not build in the spirit, leave that judgement to God because only he knows our hearts.

  • walking in the Spirit is alot deeper then resisting sin...

  • Let us remind ourselves that Romans 6 tells us not to sin. Paul explains this.

  • If I correctly grasp the message you are saying you can't have your cake and eat it too. By willfully continuing to disobey one's actions would speak louder than one's words and would demonstrate a lack of faith or belief in the Word. So even though you mentioned stumbling and trying to get back on track, my question would be if one tries but stumbles on a regular basis is that a total failure or forgivable error.

  • Update - I think you pretty much answered my question with the True Christian vs. False beliver video. Thanks.

  • I guess the mark of a true Christians is that as soon as they sin, they recognize thier sins and repent. They get up and do not continue to live in sin.David sinned but repented and was diciplined by God,But those who willingly live a carnal life are not true Christians. Some believe they are saved because they prayed the sinners prayer once, but thier lives don't change. Those who are real Christians show by thier fruit the change in thier lives. To live in the fear of God, is to walk on the spirit.

  • I would not necessarily be so bold as to state that Carnal Christians are not saved. ie: when David sinned against God he was dwelling in sin for over a year time span. By your logic and interpretation of the word, outside sources would have condemned David and said he was not saved. However, we know this not to be true because later David would repent from his sin and come by to the Lord. Not to say that Christians should stay carnal, they should repent, but do not cast judgement so hastily.
