If they don't accept your response video, it's very likely that they just can't come up with any good counter argument, and would instead rather cherry pick weaker arguments that they know they can beat with whatever logical fallacy they can muster up. It seems from a lot of the comments posted here that some of these people are refuting theism for all the wrong reasons - I don't think it's necessary to make this personal against Christians. You need to keep the attack aimed at the religion and not at the people, because otherwise you're just losing your point. And I disagree with mykindom666 - profanity absolutely does make you sound less intelligent. If you need to use profanity to get a point across, you don't know enough about your topic.

i beg to differ. If christians knew that they couldnt convince us of anything, they wouldnt bother. Its like conscription, a government knows that not enough people are going to join, say, the army. I'm a passionate Atheist. My bestfriend is devoute Christian. We occasionaly debate faith and theology, and we rarley agree on something. None-the-less this has never gotten in the way of our friendship as we are both above letting such things get between us, and we never try to convert each other, either. Trying my best to convert someone just doesn't work in this day and age for most Atheists because of all the egotistical Christians that have pressure them all this time...and most shun you out. I find it better to set an example, of my belief system and its prince ables, rather than do it the forceful way.

I'm a relativist, but because I am a relativist I don't consider Christianity or atheism to be wrong, just relative to the person. The problem is that almost every outspoken Christian does not consider the maybe in everything. Nothing is absolute, and if there was something absolute it can't be proven, so what's the gain of being so sure of something. Paul, this is a perfect point. If we live in a social theist bubble it´s much harder to realise that there are people who think differently. I've been talking to a Christian over the internet for a few weeks now. We've been discussing Christianity. Every time he brought up an argument I would fully address it. But when he made a response to me he never fully addressed everything I said. All he did was pick out a few things I said and then add some other random shit. In the end, it ended up with him saying "well you're silly for believing that the universe came from nothing and humans just randomly appeared."
