In Kingston, LAKE ONTARIO the water is not toxic...it might not be clean or pure (pure water does not exist except in a LAB) but close to my home, i see soooooooo many people fishing all kind of fish...no one died as yet, and there is no disease related to fish eating.

except you can't swim in the toxic water hlf the summer, and the other half, you don't want to.
