Hate to rain on your parade, but there are lions in Lake Nakuru. I was there about 2 months ago and we saw a pride of 7 lions sleeping below Baboon cliff. Other then that I loved the park and this reminded me of that experience:)

I went to Masai Mara, two years in a row and never spotted a rhino, bummer. Good video guys :)

It is an oxpecker of some variety. I believe there are yellow-billed and red-billed oxpeckers in Africa. Does one of those sound right?
