It is Martial Arts, though nothing is actually practical what she did. It is just basically the showing of moves and the talent of mastering the mind and body. It is a dance routine, but you still have to give her props for studying and the discipline of the art. Once she get of a certain age, then she can go on to learn the actual Warrior Way, which is to shatter bones, and kill people.

@EpicEffinTom it looks utterly useless on its own, but when put into a fight, it can be pretty practical. like alot of kung fu moves look more like art forms and dont appear to be pretty practical, but some of it quite is. I think in a few more years, the girl will be able to kick a bit faster, then her kicks will also be more useful.

It's not ninjutsu. Judging from the contest format and all the acrobatics, this is ISKA style karate. Very much sport oriented rather than traditional martial art, they combine lots of flashy moves from various martial arts and gymnastics together and call it XMA, or Xtreme Martial Arts. Some call it tricking as well. Nonetheless, this little girl is freakin' insane. Well done!
