They did not try to misinform or mislead the mass audience in anyway. He was asked what his "day" job was and he replied that he makes burritos. I can attest to this being true as he has served me before! He also happens to be in a band and, yes, is a singer. He also is dressed simply as he would dress. Stop being such a moronic asshole.

What you can't see here of what came before and also what they showed of him and his mother after this performance really added a real feel good factor to this section. His mother's total belief in him and her support were as praiseworthy as this guy's amazing talent. This was a truly electrifying performance, and he came away saying it was a real blast, the best thing he'd ever done ... and then asked if there was a bar there :) I LOVE seeing people let their amazing talent out into the world!

I spent most of this episode listing to music off my Ipod and only taking my earphones out to listen if there are any good singers. Not only did I take my earphones off but I also turned up the TV's volume for this guy.
Watch his face and listen to how he changes his tone with ease and how he controls that microphone, this guy has training :), he isn't just a random hick looking to be famous, he's a random trained hick who DESERVES to be famous.
My 20 month old daughter was glued to the TV screen in awww while he was on! She absolutely loved him and when he was done she started crying because he was gone! It was soo cute
I may be the first comment on this, so I am going to say here and now this guy will be sitting poolside at his winter home in the Dominican a year from now.
