  • who would run into a wall of pikes lol. I sure wouldnt. Id call the commander a moron and ask for more archers

  • @jessica5000000

You're a fucking idiot. You obviously don't understand the dynamics of warfare in hellenistic times.

Learn your history, faggot. Learn how Rome conquered the Diadochi's.

  • @ThebanPhalanx whats your problem? Would you rush straight foward into a wall of pikes from a greek phalanx and impale yourself? Or would you ask for some archers to hit them first and rush at their flanks or try to get behind?

for your information, rome was a different age. The roman empire didnt use wall of pikes formation anymore. They used the legions

  • Πόλεμος πατήρ πάντων.

  • I like this very much, I think it's something all those uber-nationalists should see before they mindlessly toss around their extreme views on war with loads of nations they dislike. Many of them don't understand war in its entirety and its many effects unless their nationalism is spurred by war they themselves have had to endure. A Korean War veteran once told me never to play those ww2 games and say 'war is cool' because war is a terrible, terrible thing that he'd experienced first person.

  • also your username is ares teh god of war. i think you're glorifying war to some extent. lol

  • @maxgunn555 i tried t'make it look epic just to get atention or else nobody would even notice this vid but lets be real when we talk about war its maybe a common thing for our nature and MAYBE necessary for our development like many MODERN people claim but its still filled with hatred in its every way causing only death destruction seperation etc those are the facts which cannot be argued and people who are on the side of the "necessity of war" these are the people who never have witnessed war

  • @ares1815 the nature of war is one country's government forcefully causing badness (which is inneficiency in doing things) on another country's government. when we're all under one government wars become impossible.

  • @maxgunn555 its a utopian thought and never can be realized: New World Order and other theories of one world government are impossible to create because the big question would be under which banner do we unite? No country would agree to such submission because some cultures are too different to coexist under one ruler.

  • @ares1815 it's a realistic thought and maybe not utopian and your comment is wrong as it's already happening now...more countries are interacting/trading with each other - japan/usa/england/europe -sooon morefrom china. the whole of europe now uses one currency so in that sense they're very almost one country. airplanes cheaper make the world a smaller place as well as facebook/internet. got nothing to do with new world order - it's just a natural progression of life. races mixing e.t.c. future.

  • @maxgunn555 its a beautiful thought that your describing and my hopes are with you but the facts are harsh, the nations youre talking about are only participating with each other only because of their OWN economical benefits. The world market(Stock Exchange) is a nice example of the competitive nature between the companies. Facebook can also be seen as a tool for the govt just to have more controll over individuals. We are way far from one-rule-govt...

  • and how do you imagine this one-world-govt. How would the elections go? which countries would be allowed to run for it etc? Would USA agree when a Afghan would be elected as a world president? i dont think so...

  • @ares1815 we are far but i just think it's inevitable. the governments need a government and thats sort of why there exists the UN or g8 etc so eventually there will be just one government and that defines there being one society. there will always be competition thats the nature of life even under one gov. you could almost say life is defined by things competing amongst another. plants compete for sunlight. facebook is a tool copmletely against gov. riots in london happened coz of facebook/bbm.

  • @maxgunn555 on your idea of a one world gov't, the universal homogeneous state. It would be either a utopian society where everyone loves eachother, or it would be the greatest, oppresive dystopian society ever imagined. Giving what u know about humanity, what do you think will happen?? And, when the people realize it, they revolt. Aka, more war. Therefore, I hate the idea of a world gov't or NWO for this very reason.

  • @Crucible52 well societies like america or england have over 60 million people. they're both multicultural as well. so my idea of eventually there will be only one (very) large multicultral society isn't utopian and wouldtn cause civil war just like there isn't civil war nor utopia in todays large societies.

  • you wanted to show it's stupidity and madness but you ended up just making it look epic. this music is more epic than anything else - come on it's matrix music what did you expect?

  • endless war is good for mankind... it constantly makes us stronger, and gives us the motivation to strive for things we otherwise would never reach... if human kind was not so agressive, violent and territorial then odds are we would have not made it to this point in history, having been killed off by a stronger species.... remember its survival of the fittest,

  • wich movies are there?

  • nice

  • what movies are these? :)

  • ALexander der große Gay :D

  • i dont" know what to say other that,

these mens !!! I ENVY THEM TO HAVE LIVE IN AGE OF HEROS !!

  • "you left your king in asia!"

  • to je dobro this is very good video

  • @ConsvrgoTitanvRomani

If u like u can watch my video about Troy, actual the real name was ilion thus Homer's work was called illiad and Homer never said that it was a war between Greeks and Trojans. One typical mistranslation is the phrase "Beware of the Greeks bearing gifts" when the actual phrase was "Beware of the Danaans bearing gifts" "ΦΟΒΟΥ ΤΟΥΣ ΔΑΝΑΟΥΣ ΚΑΙ ΔΩΡΑ ΦΕΡΟΝΤΕΣ". Danaans were only a faction of the Greeks!

  • @ConsvrgoTitanvRomani

ok i wanted to clarify that, what i have heard is that Tyrinians came from Peloponisos and Aeneas from Troy, what many people confuse today is that they think that Trojans were not Greeks cause some people have mistranslated Homer's iliad. Anyway it's nice talking to you.

  • @ConsvrgoTitanvRomani

Are u talking about Tyrinians or Aeneas?

  • @ConsvrgoTitanvRomani

Well. that legend is far mor likely than the story with the wolf, besides the Italian peninsula had already many people of Greek stock, in the south there was Magna Grecia and in the north there were the Etruscians who were known as Tyrinians in the far past and it is said that they were Pelasgians who moved there from Peloponisos. I'm sure u know that and as i said my comment was a reply to a baseless comment of some guy as u have saw yourself.

  • @ConsvrgoTitanvRomani

I don't deny Rome's glory, i like Rome, i just repiled to a comment which was out of reality, and i also said that Greeks managed victories without having a huge man power and that says a lot. One correction though, Pyrrhus was Alexander's cousin and king of the Greek kingdom of Epirus, he was not one of Alexander's succesors.

  • The Greeks are stronger and wiser as the romans. Only because the Romans have copied everything of the Greeks this is called not that the Romans were civilised. The Romans were the only barbarians in the world. Because they never had own culture. Like the Americans who makes so much roman films.

  • @SaviorAgent lol...

  • @SaviorAgent

The Aquedacts. Greeks did not build them, nor the Colliseum, the great temples instead of Zeus, Hera, they would call for Discipline, Order, CONQUEST!

Not "sit by and discuss ideas all day until we die."

Plus, they didn't have a war with 50,000 soldiers for a little stupid city called Troy. Pathetic really, Troy was Greek afterall, so it's a civil war, not a war.

  • @WolfytheWolf5667

No they did noty built the Colisseum but they built other things like the Parthenon, the Colossus, the Pharos, the mighty temples of Zeus and Artemis, the temple of Hagia Sophia, the gigantic statues of Apollo, Athena, Zeus and many othet things!

And they did not sit all day, the vanquished Persia and prevented them from entering Europe, 40.000 against 250.000. And that's only a part of it.

  • @WolfytheWolf5667

...and one more thing.......Romans respected the Greeks and here is a hint for you......When Troy fell, Aineias and a few others fled to modern day Italy and founded Lazio, after centuries the people of Lazio descended from the high grounds and made Rome!

  • nice video *Thumbs Up*

  • Nice Video.

  • war is good

  • powerful stuff well done.

  • If I get two sons, I'm going to name them Caesar and Alexander.

  • @DJsharp707 dont u realise that as soon as u losers bring up incest and mothers it tells us all alot about u, for example i now knoe that u ar around 14 years old, u r uneducated, uncreative, and just a comolete tosser. do u realise that when u use that kind of crap as an insult it doesnt upset any1, it just makes u look like a wanker, and every1 will just sit there laughing at u. grow up mate.

  • @DJsharp707

Someone needs to go back to his sister's room and get his cock sucked some more.

  • Alexander conquered everything before him and created a whole new type of warfare too. The Phalanx was a Macedonian creation and was the sole reason Alexanders army was able to defeat Darius at Gaugamela and conquor the Middle East.

  • @problazer10 The Macedonian army was the creation of Phillip II, not Alexander. Youre right, it was the main reason why he won, but it was Phillip II (his father) who paved the way to Alexander's victories. He was the one who put in the reforms, so Alexander really didn't do anything to create a new type of warfare, except for the whole "spear-won kingdoms" of the Hellenic period (ie, Hellenic Egypt, etc.).

  • @Crucible52 Philip actually got it from Thebes, whom defeated, at Leuctra in 371 or something, the Spartans with its formation, used by Philip, and lateron Alexander.

    Which song is this btw??

  • @FOKKERization He got the inspiratiom from Thebes, yes, but added alot to it to reform the Macedonian army.

Also, the name is in the title is...Clubbed to Death. The song was used in the Matrix.

  • @Crucible52 Thnx and true; little additions to warrior alike culture and adaptions to new skills always come with new abilities to use a formation in another way;) i think the Macedonians have proven that)

  • If he wasn't a good general how could he of won a battle? Even though people may not think it, Washington was a good general. He learned from mistakes and changed tactics. Could Caesar give up power? Cause he took the power by force in the civil war. George Washington gave up the power. Tell me this, who in the world actually gave up power of a country?

  • @XTheComradeX

Washington : Learned from mistakes and changed tactics.

Caesar : Did not make any mistakes, his tactics influenced warfare for some 1600 years after him, until gun powder came along.

  • @XTheComradeX Caesar gave up power multiple times. Sulla gave up power and tried to prevent anyone from doing what he did.

  • Are you seriously listing George Washington in the same breath as Caesar, Alexander, and Napoleon? To do that he would have had to actually win a battle. Trenton and Princeton were skirmishes, and Yorktown was won by the French. He was a great man and founder of our country but he was not a great general. Not even close. Caesar was one of the best generals ever. His legacy is one of fighting chaos and his heir (Octavian) brought about the first real peace in the roman world.

  • guy random falling at 2:47 not sure why though...

  • I wouldn't say Julius Caesar was the best general in the world. Heres one; did he actually give up power like George Washington could and go back to living his life? Maybe and maybe not. Julius is a great leader, but in my opinion George Washington is as he didn't need power. He is one of the few who could give up power and live their life.

  • most of these Great Generals of history are grey or amoral characters (Alexander, Caesar, Napoleon). By our standards, there are both good and bad things. Yes, Caesar was ruthless but he was neverless a great man for the good things he did for Rome. Neither was he actually trying to kill off the Gauls like Hitler with the Jews. IT WAS A FUCKING MILITARY CAMPAIGN! Yes, he was a dictator, but he also had good characteristics as well.

I have alot to say on this subject.

  • Saying that Julius Caesar is like Hitler is just stupidty in my opinion. Hitler killed 6 million jews because of fascism and his idealogy. Caesar killed 1 million because of that was how war was fought back them. Caesar intial didn't even wanto to invade Gaul and most of his ruthlessness was tactical in nature. He wasn't even blood thirsty either. I hate it when people take classical figures and put our standards to them. The Romans had their standards of fighting, we have ours. Leave it at that

  • Apart from the clothes and the fact that men were fighting hand-to-hand without hypocrisy (i.e, they were all trying to kill each other and come out on top), can anyone point out the difference between then and now?......because I see No difference at all.

  • Ares just a comment on the description....People didnt just kill eachother for fun and shit you know...If you were THAT STRONG and you were a Julius Caesar...You would want to control the whole damn world...And that what he did and thats why people set wars off (Mainly in BC). And thats what Caesar did. Controlled the known world. If he wasn't assassinated btw...He would of taken a whole lot more.

  • which film is this from?

  • you know something not included in history is that byzantines were armenians because they rebeled against the byzantine king by zoravor Nersez

  • Comment removed

  • From everything I've learned I think Alexander the great and Napoleon Bonaparte are the greatest military geniuses in history...definatley in the west anyway.

  • @XxpauldadudexX Alexander was not so much a military genius as we would like to believe. He just used the same strategy (send his infantry left, drawing away enemy, then attack the center with cavalry) over and over again. So, it was really just the stupidity of his enemies (aka Darius) who did not see right through Alexander’s strategy and stopped him. That was why he got so far into Persia.

I was a little disappointed when I heard that.

  • @Crucible52 I dont know what to think now...lol...I am told one thing by one person and something else by another ???

But Alexander must surely have been great cuz all great generals who came after wanted to imitate him.

Julius Ceasar worshipped Alexander and wanted to be like him. I believe Napoleon did too and many other famous leaders.

I havent really got the knowledge to say if Alexander wasnt so genius...but he was Alexander the GREAT soooo ??? LOL

  • @XxpauldadudexX Julius Caesar wanted to control as much as Alexander did. Alexander controlled a lot yes but didn't fight good opponents. Caesar didn't know that....And btw....Actually Napoleon worshiped Julius Caesar....And so did Hitler....Everyone after Caesar looked at Caesar as a God of War because he fought and broke huge armies of very tough men. Caesar was jealous of Alexander because of how much land he had. But he didn't know his opponents sucked.

  • @HuntingKnight Ceasar was a great general....Maybe he was the best...but he was a genocidal tyrant...pretty much like Hitler .

  • @XxpauldadudexX Have you read Adrian Goldsworthys book on Caesar? Caesar was not a genocidal tyrant. Infact thats quite silly by acient standerds he was quite forgiving. Partly because he had to be to get the tribes on his side. The numbers killed in Gaul are probably inflated by the way. I can give numerous examples of Caesars mercy. Shoot the fact he got assinated was because he allowed his enemies to live. In gaul tribes were left off easy many of times when others would have exterminated.

  • @Crucible52 EXACTLY....I hate it when people say Alexander was a good General....Plus he also didn't face good opponents :). Egypt was a good accomplishment...But no

  • @HuntingKnight I have to say that Alexander was not terrible. He did conquer most of the known world. U r right, if Darius III was smarter, he could have defeated Alexander.

Alexander was a raging drunk and sometimes acted like a impatient 6 year old:), but still epic. His life story is better than his military strategies though.

  • @Crucible52 Well you could say that of EVERY defeated king/emporer/general...if they were smarter theyd have won.

Thats whats the difference between smart ones and LOSERS...smart ones win and losers lose .

You can only beat whats infront of you....it gets on my nerves also when pple diminish the British empire saying they only beat spear chuckers when they beat the mosr powerful nations on earth...all over tha world...ie France and Spain.

  • @HuntingKnight deafeated the biggest empire of his time ,an army that conquered almost all of asia, outnumbered....yeah you are right he wasnt a good general you couldve done better

  • @XxpauldadudexX I like Ceasar and Agrippa better...

  • @angelmarsall1 I dont Ceasar was an murderous asshole...he massacred over 1,000,000 Gauls....yeah he was so great ;D

  • @XxpauldadudexX well, thats what gave him fame and glory, don't hate

  • Senatus Populusque Romanus ^^^ :)

  • Brutus deserved that death for having betrayed Caesar!Nice video!

  • I never understood why people keep fuzzing about Macedonians and their ethnicities etc. I read it everywhere on the net, but I just don't get what's the relevance of this. So what if Macedons are Greek or Macedonian? What role does it play in todays' society?

Someone please explain this to me.

  • @Druzhina89 You know what else? Why are these guys arguing over Macedonian ethnicity over an anti-war video?

  • @Druzhina89 i suppose just a casual debate never hurt anyone haha i personally find the romans quite interesting but i do see that alot, macedon an greece, but lets not forget thrace an all the other greek nations that split up into individual empires after the death of alexander?? all the same greece nations none the less just different tactics ")

  • @Druzhina89 It plays absolutely No part in today's society. The ancient Hellenes (Greek) were conquered by the Romans - forever. They would never be, and have never been, a power again. They had their time until they were broken by a superior force with a new vitality. Unfortunately there are those who have to keep Posturing about Greece on a page about Rome to get attention.

  • @slideharp1

wtf you forget Byzantium, conquered doesnt mean eradicated. Greeks continued the legacy of imperial rome when it fell to the barbarians.

  • FYROM KIRO GLIGOROV THE GREAT ---> KNOWS FYROM SLAVS ARE NOT MACEDONIANS

FYROM KIRO GLIGOROV THE GREAT --> NOT ASHAMED TO BE BULGARIC SLAV

FYROM PRESIDENT KIRO GLIGOROV: "WE ARE SLAVS - THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN US AND ALEXANDER THE GREAT .. WE CAME HERE IN THE 6TH CENTURY AFTER CHRIST"

Krste Misirkov - expressed the ethnicity of the Slavs living in "Macedonia" including his own ethnicity, calling them pure Bulgarians.

  • With Alexander the Great's death in 323BCE came a change in the government of Athens, and a wave of anti-Macedonian feeling. Aristotle left Athens to live in a family house in Chalcis in Euboea; he died there the following year.

  • Whatever the reason, Aristotle sailed for Assos in Asia Minor, where he lived for three years, developed his interest in anatomy and biology, and began work on his book the Politics. However, the Persians attacked and overran Assos in 345BCE, killing the king, and Aristotle left with his circle of philosophers, staying for a year in Mytilene on Lesbos (where he pursued his zoological investigations), before moving to Macedon, and is said to have became tutor to Philip's son, Alexander.

  • DNA in HellAss:

    1.Helenes - 35%

    2.Slavic - 20%

    3.Phoenician - 20%

    4.Teuton - 10%

    5. Illyrian - 10%

    6. Ancient Macedonian - 5%

Hmmm..what is more interesting...Helenic and Macedonian blood groups!

    Helenic and Macedonian blood groups!hhhh

Two different blood groups..(and according you they were same)

  • Seriously, is this whole retarded balkan nationalism crap just bound by an ancient curse never to leave ancient history groups alone? It seems where ever there is an ancient history discussion a huge argument which basically boils down to people crying their eyes out over modern politics.

It all just gives me a headache.

  • @1212Jerichoman1212

The last part of the sentence should have been "a huge argument which basically boils down to people crying their eyes out over modern politics follows."

  • THE GREATEST MACEDONIAN KING EVER!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

The only thing here left to say is that he was a Greek. Today's Macedonians have nothing to do with Ancient Macedonians.

  • @pentraksil IGENEA proves that modern Macedonians have the same DNA as their ancestors, the ANCIENT MACEDONIANS!

    The blood doesn't lie!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

Lol.... u guys are Slavs, speak slavic language, have slavic geenes. Ancient Macedons are Greeks. And by saying todays Macedonians have blood of ancient ones, then you sir...are a Greek. I am from Serbia...Its like saying we are Ancient Romans because Constantine and Justinian were born here.

  • @pentraksil Wrong we are Macedonians and we speak Macedonian language!

Give me the name of one country in the world where exist slavic ethnic group and slavic language(as official language in some country)somewhere in the world!

I never heard about slavic population and slavic language!?

But you do,and you ll tell me where it is spoken???

    Again,about my roots...Ask IGENEA!Macedonian in blood!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

You are a lost cause m8, slavic languages is a group of languages. Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Macedonian....Those are slavic languages and those are Slavs.

  • @pentraksil Yes,all languages together are ''so called" slavic languages!

But where is the slavi language....nowhere...where is the slavic ethnicity???

Nowhere!First you are a lost cause, because the word slav could only explain linguistic group and not ethnic!

So,where is the slavic language now???Like you can see, there are Russian, serbian,Macedonian..and so on...Because they don't speak one universal language but 10 different!hhh

so,we are slavs ha....!!!hhh jealous Ethiopian, you failed again!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

Why would i be jelaous...i am proud of my Serbian and Slavic ancestry, there is no need for me to steal somebody elses history and claim as my own

  • @pentraksil I will make a very simple to you, because you are to ''stupid'' to undertsand:

    OFFICIAL language in Serbia: Serbian

    OFFICIAL language in Russia: Russian

OFFICIAL language in Macedonia : Macedonian

    OFFICIAL.....you know what i mean!

    Slavic----it is unofficial word!

if someone says to you,pls speak to me on Slavic....on which language you ll speak???

Give me one paper where the slavic language is written as official???

  • @CAKIMacedonian

FFS m8 u are stupid as fuck. SLAVIC IS NOT A LANGUAGE......IT A GROUP OF COMMON LANGUAGES THAT HAVE SIMILIAR WORDS,VERBS, GRAMMAR AND ROOTS. YOU GET IT!!!!!?????

  • @pentraksil Is it official word or not??? I just need to know, because IT IS NOT OFFICIAL WORD!thank you!

So slavic language doesn't exist, like the indo-european language...it is imagined word for describing some similar languages!yes!

Slavic ethnicity doesn't exist too,so i don't know how you are proud of your slavic ancestry...after all you don't know nothing about ''slavs'',before 5 century!

  • @pentraksil Hmm...your slavic ancestry???

Could you pls tell me something about those so called slavs, something before 5 century....for example, some of their leaders, some wars, famous people???

And why and when all ''slavs'' renamed themselves into russians, serbians, macedonians....(according you)???

  • @CAKIMacedonian

M8,THE National Geographics collected the DNA from a lot of ppl in the world in order to see what is their ancestry. Serbs, Croatians, Bosnians, Macedonians, Russians, Bulgarians etc. had very similiar DNA. On the other hand Greeks (and ancient Macedonians were Greeks) had totally different code. The topic here is that: ANCIENT MACEDONIANS WERE GREEK!!! Get it?? Alexander fought in the name of GREEKS...Saying you are ancient macedonians is admiting you are greeks.

  • @pentraksil DNA in HellAss:

    1.Helenes - 35%

    2.Slavic - 20%

    3.Phoenician - 20%

    4.Teuton - 10%

    5. Illyrian - 10%

    6. Ancient Macedonian - 5%

Hmmm..what is more interesting...Helenic and Macedonian blood groups!

    Helenic and Macedonian blood groups!hhhh

Two different blood groups..(and according you they were same)

  • @CAKIMacedonian

M8 u are using the DNA results for Igenic that is a joke..Macedonians and Greeks are the same...You heard about Spartans...they were greeks too not a nation...Where is Roman or Ottoman blood...they were present in the Balkans more then Teuton or Vikings ever did...There was never a Greek state, only Greek City states, and Greeks lived in them. And ifi am not slav then who am i if u are so smart???? Macedonian? Plz m8 u are frustrated and you are stealing somebody elses history

  • @pentraksil Roman and Ottomans, didn't mix themselves with the local people!

They took the women what they liked and went back into their countries!

After the crashes of their kingdoms, they went back into their homelands!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

ANd now u are telling me i dont know the history of my own coutry??? The rule during Ottomans reign was that if someone is about to get married, a Turk must sleep with the bride....So tell me how didn't they mix with local population? You dont know shit about history. Slavs came here during 5th century and no one knows where from. And one more thing....on you so called Igenic site it says that i am 30% Slav. So how come u don't believe in it?

  • @pentraksil The thing is...Who are the slavs?I am just telling you that they didn't exist! It's funny, you are saying that you are slav, and the only thing what you know about them is that they come on the Balkans in 5 century.....ERROR! and that is it!

In all their existence they just come here, and disappeared!hhhh

  • @pentraksil One information for you..Macedonia was a kingdom,not state!

    Second...Macedonians had their own dynasty

Third,Greeks existed since 1821!Then has been created their FIRST kingdom!

And if OTTO was their first king, that how Alexander or Philip could be greek kings!?

  • @CAKIMacedonian

So does Sparta, Athens, Nikosia, Corinth. They were City States, but called themselves Greeks. My ppl created a Kingom of Zeta and Raska in the 800 AD. And Serbs lived there...So name of the country has nothing to do with the ppl living in it.

  • @pentraksil The people who have been created that kingdoms were serbs or slavs?Serbs!

    No,Spartans called themselves Spartans,Athenians called themselves Athenians.....e.t.c!

Macedonians called themselves Macedonians, and they have been called Barbarians by the Athenians, which wat mean, people who didn't belong to their world!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

OMG m8, u rly do not know history at all.....They all spoke Hellenic, and all presented themselves as Greeks.... U are a lost cause m8, there is no point in explaining thing to a man who doesn't know shit about history.

  • Let we see,one example where Alexander ask from the Macedonian to spoke on his NATIVE language:Alexander speaks: "The Macedonians are going to judge your case," he said. "Please state whether you will use your native language before them."Philotas: "Besides the Macedonians, there are many present who, I think, will find what I am going to say easier to understand if I use the language you yourself have been using, your purpose, I believe, being only to enable more people to understand you."

  • @pentraksil Then the king said: "Do you see how offensive Philotas find even his NATIVE language? He alone feels an aversion to learning it. But let him speak as he pleases - only remember he as contemptuous of our way of life as he is of our language." [p.138]

hhh...you see,you have no idea at all about history, you are just like horse, someone told you, that, and are doing(speaking) without thinking of yourself!hhhh Now i know why all Yu countries beat you!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

Lol....and where does it say here that they spoke so called Macedonian? Ex YU countries didnt beat us, the US and NATO did that. Without their help they pissed blood.

  • @pentraksil So,Philota spoke on greek,and not on his NATIVE language!hhh

Yea..you have been kicked from the slovenian fireguards!

Philota had NATIVE language hich was not been greek....How much inteligent you must to be to realize something..or you just don't want to zccept the truth, and the fact!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

We werent kicked, our army simply pulled back from SLovenia, because Slovenia voted for indipendence. But while we pulled back they ambushed us because they wanted weapons and tanks. They were not fire guards but military irregulars. After only 7 days they wanted to sign peace. Not us. ANd m8 stop posting stupid comments, we all know you are stupid.

  • @CAKIMacedonian

Yes, native language...Serbian is my native language too, and now someone in 1000 years can say "He spoke NATIVE language not Serbian" OMG m8 u don't know what you are talking about..Who was Alexanders teacher? Read about his teacher a little and you will see who Alexander really is.

  • Aristotel has been born in Macedonia, second, after the death of Alexander, like the ancient historians said: "He left Athens, because of the anti-macedonian feelings there"

So,my neighbor,he has been hated by the Atheneans and the rest of the Helenic world, but never from his tribe,Macedonians!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

FYROM > Absurd Fakes. Not Ethnic Macedonians.

FYROM > Fake Political "macs" TEMPORARILY using a Greek name.

Aristotle, Phillip, Alexander are turning in their graves because of the FYROM FRAUD. FYROM people are an invention of other people and communists that wanted to control the North Greek Aegean.

  • @SMYRNAfreedom fyrom aren't macedonians for sure.Macedonians are ethnic Serbs who got their independance in 1991.

  • @CAKIMacedonian

OMG m8, u are now officialy over the history line. Aristotel was born in Stageriaand he is a Greek. Get it in your head. Macedonians were just Greeks living there and that is obvious.Atheneans hated everyone, Sparta and other city states were always in war with eachother. There are over 4000 years of evidence and now u are trying to steal all that. Be proud of your real ancestry and STOP STEALING OTHERS HISTORY.

  • @pentraksil His father was doctor of the Macedonian kings!

And i already told you, that he has been hated because he was Macedonian, and because of that he has been forced to left Athena!

So,according you if he was Greek, and if Atheneans who are greeks hated everyone than, the conclusion is that Atheneans hated themselves!hhhhh

Poor you!And get read that 4000 years of evidence!

  • @CAKIMacedonian Stagira is in Macedonia:

Aristotle was born in Stagiros, Macedon, in 384BCE. His father was a court physician to King Amyntas of Macedon, but died when Aristotle was young. At that time, medicine was a secret craft passed down from father to son, so his father's early death drastically changed the course of Aristotle's life. He was brought up and educated by a guardian, who sent him at the age of seventeen to the centre of intellectual and artistic life, Athens.

  • @pentraksil When Plato died, the story becomes a little obscure. Aristotle left Athens, but it's not clear exactly why. It might have been because he was passed over as head of the Academy, or because of his philosophical differences with the new head, Speusippus, or because of his Macedonian antecedents. Macedon was unpopular at that time, because the new king,

  • Slavic or Venetian origin: Nomber of russian scientists proved that slavs are domestic population on the Balkans. The head of this theory is the russian slavist Grinevic G.S.According his theory, ancestors of the slavs are the greatest Balkanian tribe, the Pelazgians.Grinevic states that the language of the Pelazgians is very similar with the so called old slavic language! So according Herodot,Pelazgians who lived in Krestonia(Macedonian area) spoke different than the others(Atheneans...)

  • @CAKIMacedonian fyrom people are not Makedonians except some from abducted Greek children after WW2. Pelasgoi is a Greek name associated only with being Greek and the unitary history of Greeks. Many different radicals distort this Greek word. FYROM people are not "ethnic Macedonians" and FYROM is Paionia. Makedon is Greek from the origins of Greeks.

Isocrates addresses fellow Greek Phillip of Macedon, "consider all Hellas, your fatherland, as did the founder of your race."

  • According prof. Ditjakin, slavs always lived in europe,as they lived today, and he says that Slavs are the same tribe which has been called Veneti-Venets!

Like we know,Venets are old Macedonian tribe!

So,slavs didn't come from nowhere but they are domestic tribe in europe and they originated from south balkan!

  • @CAKIMacedonian

Alexander I of Makedon ruler of Makedon participated in the OLYMPIC GAMES in 504BC - an honor reserved only for Greeks. He was son of the Greeks Amyntas I King of Makedon and Eurydice.

"Now that these descendants of Perdiccas are Greeks, as THEY THEMSELVES SAY, I myself know" - Herodotus

Makedon - Greek from the origins of being Greek.

  • @SMYRNAfreedom hmmm..but his father has never participated at the olimpic games!hhh

And how it happened for the so called Helenes to not know where is their king from?

    hhhh.......Was he Atheneans king too???NONO

    MACEDONINAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @CAKIMacedonian FYROM people are not Macedonian, except some from abducted Greek children after WW2. 30,000 Greek children were abducted. FYROM people were used first by Bulgaria and then by the Communists to try to control the Greek North Aegean - the history is clear. You cannot steal another peoples name and history, they are fake political "macs" only - this is the truth. Macedonian language is only Greek from Doric Greek - All history, linquistic, cultural, ethnological, art, symbol.

  • @pentraksil And another thing.....WHAT WAS ANCIENT GREECE????

  • @pentraksil You are not slav, you are serbia,or whatever you are...there is no slavic ethnicity on this world!

i told you, ther is no slavic languages as there is no indo-european languages!

You are saying that your ancestors are slavs, and you don't know nothing else about...it's funny don't you think! It sound that someone has told you who you are and now you just repeat that whole the time, and you don't know nothing else, is it that truth or maybe not!

  • @pentraksil So,how Macedonians can be greeks,when Greeks exist since 1821???

And when the FIRST greek king was the BAVARIAN prince OTTO!???

  • @pentraksil Officially, where those languages are writen slavic???

And pls you didn't answer me,where the slavs exist,i mean in which country?

like we can see, slavic language it doesn't exist...but we have russian,serbian...

So,let we see,now where we have slavic ethnic group???

In which country the people identity is slavic?

  • @pentraksil You are a lost cause m8, slavic languages is a group of languages. Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Macedonian....Those are slavic languages and those are Slavs."

So according you,all these together make one universal language???Is it?

Or,all these originated from one language, the slavic???

  • @CAKIMacedonian

You should rly see a doctor cause i think u are a Schizophrenia or something. Slavic languages are group of languages that are similiar. Slavic languages are as i said Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian etc. Those are slavic group. Think a little before u write. Igenea is a joke, where did they get "Ancient Macedonian" geenes?? From Alexanders bathroom? Ancient Macedonians where Greeks who lived on the teritory called Macedonia. They were not a separate nation.

  • @pentraksil About Igenea...they have got ancient bonds from the ancient graves in the territory of Macedonia!

  • @pentraksil

As i said m8 for 4000000th time. Todays Macedonians have nothing to do with the ancient ones....Get it to your head. Macedons did exist, as did Athenians and others...but they were all city states and they were all GREEK ffs. You are showing me the evidence that i already know...There was Macedonian kingdom but they were just part of a large greek tribe.

  • ROMA VICTOR!

  • For what can war, but endless war, still breed?

  • I also find this phrase appropriate for posting on this video:

    Quisque est barbarus alio.

Everyone is a barbarian to someone.

  • One interesting fact about the ancient world is that these huge battles were not as common in wars as most people think. Assembling that many people to fight for a single general is difficult, which is why people like Alexander, Hannibal, etc. are considered such great generals. Large battles were also extremely expensive and costly, so most of the war was raiding and guerrilla fighting.

  • Oh yah! Badass Romans Win another Victory!

  • name of the song???

  • @somahu95 Clubbed the Death...Its in the name

  • VERY WELL DONE ARES.G.FRONZI

  • war is natural selection at an accelerated rate, it affects which cultures become succsesful rather than what species. you cannot stop it. yet

  • the ancient world was not stupid, warfare shaped the modern world it was war that advanced science, learning, technology and understanding, medicine as well, without the wars of our past we would not live as we do today as civilised people

  • To the pacifists who think they're immortal, you can either watch your friends and family get murdered by raiders looking for loot and andrenaline or stay silent and let the soldiers who protect your friends and family do their job.

  • at least they fought on a battlefield(most of the time), instead of in the city like they do nowadays

  • Enjoyed the video, yeah, however the atrocities of the past have given shape to the world of today, where nations no longer need martial strength to be free.

  • @darkhelmet88 tell that to south korea

  • @alaricofarabia Haha yeah, always exceptions to sweeping generalizations. :P

  • @darkhelmet88 lol that is ridiculous. Just because it is not as visible does not mean it is not there. The world is kept in check by people with really big sticks and it has not been very long since the last time they started swinging.

  • I forgot that Rome was so well made.

  • 10 times More people died in wars of 20-of centuri then in all ancient wars together.
