This guy moves so well, its not hard to see the footage is late in his workout, he looked wrecked out there, but he is going to be a star. The Kings can't pass this guy up. He passes so well and tyreke would love a big man that can pass to him off the pick and roll. He won't be another Hawes, Cousins is a much bigger risk than Monroe.

Eh... If I were the Kings, it'll be DeMarcus Cousins or Derrick Favors. Greg Monroe seems to lack athleticism with his lean body. He doesn't seem to run the floor well; Monroe runs the floor like Shaq, except without the Shaq Body. His body; The height is good, but the body mass is lacking muscle. Pros: He can shoot the lights out. Somewhat polished game. But I don't expect him to be drafted even in the top 10.. unless someone really needs a center.

@JDUBBB90 I'm looking at the video (the workout) and he runs with heavy feet. I don't really care about college, because college is different from the NBA. He can shoot and defend somewhat which will give the Pistons some help. But his footwork will need improvement. His shots in the beginning of the video, if he landed just slightly forward he would have twisted or sprained his left ankle. Kings were right in drafting Cousins, hes ready. Warriors should've drafted Monroe, but they are idiots.

He very well might end up being a great role player or a solid starter but I just can't see the potential in him as I see in Favors, Cousins, or even Whiteside. The Kings would be fools to pass up on Cousins to take him especially when they have Jason Thompson as I don't think a Thompson/Monroe tandom would get the job done defensively. If not Cousins, then they should definitely trade down and draft a guy like Whiteside as well as maybe get a guy like Bledsoe to play the point.

He's probably tired, this is 2 minutes of what is a 5 hour workout, that's why he's running awkwardly, big men get fatigued faster. And from watching all his years of Hoya basketball I gotta say this guy is definitely a much better player then people realize. Great hands, good jumpshot, amazing court vision, post moves, etc.

Greg Monroe is very underrated. A polished bigman that can do it all. On top of that Georgetown has a history of bigmen that did well in the NBA. He should be the number 3 pick in the draft instead of unpolished Derrick Favors. Derrick Favors is just more athletic.

Cause Petrie is high on Greg Monroe than Cousins even before the workout of Cousins. And I think he still is. Just go to nbadraft.net and take a look people. I met cousins after his pre draft workout yesterday and he enjoys Sacramento and he said he had a good workout. Also I talk to one of the Kings trainers named Truck Robinson yesterday who told me cousins looked better at the pre draft workout than he did in college. Cousins is not a bust and he is a good fit for the kings.

U guys expect alot of speed from a guy thats 6'11. Its a good thing u are not scouts because this guy has talent. Not many Centers or Power Forwards can shoot like he can and the 1's that can have max deals. Look at his college highlight vid and u can see his post moves. He'll be in contention for ROY if he starts next year.
