However, the family of Annabel Cat sued ABC for this and ABC's CEO thingymabobby hand delivered an apology with the explanation that shooting of the tv series had already ended and was too late to change the name, plus Annabel died 11 days after Summer Heights High, so it is actually a coincidence :(
