M'mah is a wonderful teacher. Guinean dance can be very challenging technically, but M'mah Toure creates such a warm and nurturing atmosphere that her students tend to breakout of their mental braces and leap into pure expressions of joy and passion in her class. I think this collective joy is what helps people learn and absorb the techniques better. She is a gem in the Oakland Pan-African dance community.
