directt v r crooks, there was a bill of mine that was past due and i couldnt pay at the time. well yall decide to go in my bank account and take my money, which caused me to overdraft, then it caused all my other bills to overdraft i wrote to around 500 bucks i know owe the bank. and the rent is due which i have to overdraft in that just so i can have some place to live. u fucking assholes u. i hope u direct tv goes out of business!!!!!

I don't trust the contracter we got for DirecTV "Professional" installation. He never hooked a phone line from our receiver to the phone jack, so we can't order Pay-Per-View broadcasting. Also, for some strange reason, the signal for all of our receivers goes completely dead, 0%, in the lightest of all drizzles.

they will try to get every penny you got trust me I had them for only 5 months since we couldn't get comcast a month later when we m0ved so 1st we try to get HD a month later they show up a month later just sat in his car called my dad but his cell was in his locker but my mom was home the SHiTHEAD NEVER CAME TO THE DOOR AND THey CHARGED US FOR SHIT WE NEVER GOt so 2 months later we found out we could plug comcast cable into our HDTV and get free HD channels with out the box : ) so long DTVfucku

Dont blame the employees, blame the corporation. DirecTV wants things done a set way and doesnt care what the customer wants. They force the installers to compy with DirecTV directives or lose their jobs. Then overbook the technicians with jobs. That is why you have techs that take short cuts to stay ahead schedule and may at times not do installations to specifications. You may feel shitted on but its the tech getting dunked at both ends, that is why they dont care.

Direct tv SUCKS . I had their basic service it was a handfull of channels for same price we got basic cable and now we have REAL channels and more channels. We get ALL the news-TLC-Dirty jobs (discovery) list goes on for same price. I think Direct tv is close to NO TV
