  • I loved True and Reasonable by the way Douglas.

  • I used to go to the ICOC.

  • that God does not exist in evolution. I felt very alone in my theistic evolutionary belief. However, bridging the gap will help the emotional state of truth seeking theistic minds, until they are mature enough to accurately analyze scientific data. Religion shows it's true colors to those who chase them. Shermer's points will make sense later to a truth seeking theist. But until then, Jacoby should be applauded because he's finally destroying the strong biblical literacy that many still ponder.

  • Excellent presentation on Jacoby's part. I do not believe in creationism but most people believe in some form of a creation. Although it's pretty clear there's no God behind evolution, Jacoby's premise will provide the emotional support people need, who are progressive believers, until they later come to their own rational conclusions on scientific/christian debates. The amount of effort to polarize creation verses evolution is ruining the minds of young thinking Christians who are convinced...

  • I like Dr Shermer's shoes. Oh yeah; he's pretty smart too.
