I'm not a computer geek or anything but I really don't like Apple. They just make really ugly computers and the mice are hard to click and the key's almost always stick even if it's new. Oh and the "touch pad" on their laptops...yeah well it might as well not be there since most of the time it doesn't work. Apple is just...it's just not...it's just...I don't like it :/. Have one of the old-style Apple keyboards which I find is better than the "compact" new ones--on which the keys are a bit too close. But I had my PC crash twice and I lost a lot of stuff. Haven't had that problem with Apple..but it does get stuk in "spinning ball" mode now & then. I love computer geeks. Some of my best friends are computer geeks :-)

Apple sells midrange speced machines for high end prices.For example:

the £1k mac comes with 3GHz core i3 processor, 4 gb memory, 500gb hardrive and a (very old) ATI Radeon HD 4670 with 256MB memory. For the same price I could buy a quad corei7 pc with better graphics, memory and storage. Apple products have HORRIBLE quality to cost ratio.

@RandolfeWicker PC's Support 1080p too. Also go get a PC, spend $5,995+- and put in $39 every service pack (price of highest end Mac w/ every update I think ). I guarantee you no mac will touch it.
