I saw Sooyoung at the Girls' Generation fan meet in NY and she was speaking English fluently and very well, I might add. It's obviously not as natural as Tiffany's or Jessica's but I was so impressed with her English.

@HottestSoneable I also think that Seohyun is getting there, probably on the same level as SooYoung. :) But nevertheless, learning another language is quite hard, I mean they were already learning Japanese, imagine learning English on top of that. Learning two or more languages at once isn't as easy as people think. So, I don't blame the girls for not responding to the reporter. And I guess they wanted to make a good impression with English through JeTi. But they are getting there! :)
