I do these on DB shoulder Presses, Machine Shoulder Presses AND Machine Chest Presses to burnout after a heavy chest day. For another variation, try a DB chest press with just one DB at a time and use a hammer grip, crazy on the core and a nice, different feel on the pec compared to benching or standard grip.
@OHWolves1694 Its interesting you don't get the concept of a COMMENT page.I wasnt telling anyone to do anything. If you do any training of your own, you'd notice that people often offer experiences&ideas 2 each other. That's what I was doing. Instead of trying to start something, you should probably ponder the difference between sharing&teaching.Trainers OFTEN exchange ideas&thoughts. Joe shared a vid for all of us,& I commented on something i do for anyone it may help.
Its not necessarily the exercise it self that "does the work", but the fact that it provides your program with some variety. With this " surprise elements" comes strength! ;)
The boxes are there to decrease the strain/arch on my fuc#ed up lumbar spine...I had a spinal tumor removed many years ago that still causes a ton of pain..
1 more week and will try it, looking sick

@wisdometernal I find it interesting that you're telling one of the best strength and conditioning coaches on the planet how to train.

hey joe, if you multiply most people's db row max by 2, is it greater or less than their barbell bench press max
