aaah! that is GOLDEN! soo, cute! but whats it like to have a cat and a rabbit in the same home? i've had cats all my life, but recently had to leave one with my mom because my fiance is allergic and he has a rabbit. We agreed to get a hypoallergenic cat but we're scared it will eat our Bean (thats our rabbits name, it's a boy)

@IndependentFilmmaker i had two buck rabbits and one calico.... got the bunnies as youngsters and our cat really didnt care. in fact she avoided them. but when the buns got older.... the decided the cat didnt belong and would gang up on her. she would jump up on the table to avoid them. eventually the two buns -indoor/outdoor- took to chasing stray cats out of our yard. so i think your cat may have more to worry about than the bunny! it really depends i guess?

I remember when my brother had a pet rabbit. our full grown pitbull looked at it, sniffed it, then wouldnt get near it, lol. he'd stare at it from far away, like "I cannot take so much disapproval!"

Heh. A common theme of this subgenre of "house cat meets pet rabbit" videos (yes, there are enough on YT to form a subgenre) is that the rabbit is curious and outgoing and the cat is nonplussed and slightly disturbed. At least if the rabbit is sizable compared to the cat.
