According to the Official Rules it is due on April 23rd at 11:59 PM Pacific time. HOWEVER, there is a possibility that it was just a mess up on Nexon's part and that they meant the 25th. Or perhaps they were just trying to see if anyone would read the rules xD It also wasnt clear how the entries were to be submitted...and since everyone used Youtube, I just followed and used Youtube too.

Yeah I know what you mean! I took my time to read practically every inch of those Official Rules, but the promo page had a different date. So I'm just assumed I'd have the benefit of doubt and submitted it on the date the Promo page supplied. :(
