Many times a series would fail to analyze the deeper ties. -may not have been that important and I still am very appreciative of the stories of all seasons, but just imagine the drama if they made an acknowledgement in Season 1 that Hajime and his daughter were actually blood-relatives to Ai, since their ancestor was her cousin. She's their ancestor too... Family, literally by blood. That's intense, eh? Still, she's the type character I feel would be so surreal and epic if I went to go hug her.
