Give me a break!! You are ignorant and rude for posting such an assumption from a 30 SECOND VIDEO! Children often exhibit jealousy or attention seek when the focus in on the other child. Any decent parent can realize you have to make a conscious effort to give special attention to both. They were trying to finish a video clip.....and ignoring whiney behavior during that is a plus for them. They can address her needs in 30 SECONDS!!!

Its nice that your son can hear but you need to listen to your hearing child as well she really was trying to get you to tie her hat and she asked several times. It can cause resentment if you do this kind of thing often.
