The difference between this dub and the original Japanese version is that when she raises her hand in the air, in the Japanese one, her palm is facing us, while the english dub shows the other side of her hand.

In my opinion, if DiC hadn't had cut loads of stuff out and made it for 5 year olds, it wouldn't have been that bad. This version is nowhere near as good as the original version, and the music is so much more real and authentic in the Japanese version. This music makes it seem so cheesy. Just my honest opinion.

The Japanese version of the show is so much better, but I like the English music a lot more. It fits the transformation more...Usagi/Serena is kick-ass, but an innocent champion of justice!

I can't believe people hate the dubbed version! I think its still great quality and DiC did a great job. I think the voice acting did very well and to be honest I like Sailor Moon's and Sailor Mercury's English dubs better than Japanese. The only thing that IS better than the English dub is the Japanese doesn't cut stuff out, which really isn't all that important anyways unless yer a pervert. |I prefer english dub cuz I speak english, if I were Japanese id probably like Japanese dub.

Out of any Anime I think SM fights scenes are most likely would happen if you had heroic powers

Most people don't like the English dub because they are more accustomed to liking Japanese media immediately more than an English version of it. Therefore, some may not have even looked at the dub heavily and still dislikes it the minute some video crops up about English Sailor Moon.

I really don't know anymore, I grew up on the english dub so I'm always gonna like it better than the japanese version, and even though the english dub cut out scenes and changed it up, the way they did the music and voices just made this show amazing! I started watching the japanese version so I can compare, but I honestly don't like how the music is I think the dic music suits the transformations better. Either way Sailor Moon will always be my favourite show, english dub or not.
