Im 18( just turned in july) when i was younger i was in basketball and whatnot but then i broke my hip and i wasnt active for some years and now im so out of shape and i want to start doing cardio but running makes my hip hurt so bad once i get warmed up
I will make a video for you regarding that. It sounds to me that your hip flexors are very weak, therefore you need to strengthen them. You do not want to aggravate them with running.
Hello BCG, thanks for the vids. I have a question please. Is it possible to rebuild muscles that has wasted away because of a sedentary lifestyle? Example the butt muscles? thanks.
Your muscles never leave, they just get smaller and weaker. It is possible to quickly regain the strength you have due to muscle memory but you have to be in a commited workout routine and diet.
After having a baby when u breast feed if u breast feed it makes u lose weight because it makes u burn calories so if your exercising with it u will be in shape in no time it worked for me

Sorry if you have touched on it, but I would LOVE to see some butt toning exercises...I have some sort of gluteus maximus, but it needs toning...can you show me how I can shape my butt into something great. LOL! I would really appreciate it.
