This looks like a Pyramid Scam. I was involved in a Pyramid Scam. I was involved with Global Amway. It's all BS. Don't give in to these Schemes.

Please don't comment on what something "looks like" to you. Find out about it first, then comment. A Pyramid does not offer a product or service, we offer both. Also, a scam requires someone to take money away from you without giving back. The small investment I made was returned with profit within a week of starting. Nothing but profit since and no monthly fees. I also don't have a closet full of vitamins or soap powder. :-)

Guys it is a network marketing company set up similar to Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc. None of those companies are scams. It is simply called Network Marketing because they choose to sell their products peer-to-peer. That's all. Many of these companies are extremely successful.

I am a representative for World Ventures and find it to be a company of high integrity. The OPTION is there to go to trainings to increase you business - not mandatory. Text me if you want info.

Worldventures has caused my mother to use hundreds of dollars on meetings and fees instead of using it to donate to scientific study and funds to aid people who need it. I hope they sleep well every night knowing they're telling people to spend their money on the practice of business and marketing with out a proper degree. I look down in shame to know that groups like Rovia AKA Wold Ventures exist. This is something The human condition could do with out.

Snowboarding, Rollerblading, Local concerts, the Minnesota Rave scene - Does this look familiar, it's your past times. Don't give your Mom a hard time for trying to make some money, meeting some good friends, traveling and enjoying life when you are out spending on your past times when you could be "donating it to scientific study and funds to aid people". Don't be a hypocrite, instead support your mother and be happy that she is happy.

@wbkenpo Those are my past times, Thanks for telling me what I- and the rest of the world knows. Said activities are in moderation to other more important activities. Her attempts at getting money elsewhere, is the key to my argument. One way I support my mother is by helping her in situations she is oblivious to, which includes educating her on multi-level marketing scams. Here are some other examples of scams:

1. Real Estate - Brokers recruit agents under them to sell real estate for them.

2. The Automotive Industry - Car Dealers recruit car sales people to sell cars for them.

3. Walmart - Recruits people to work for them to sell products for them.

Yes I'm being sarcastic, but ask yourself, don't each of these jobs require you to attend training and don't they also require some money to get started?  Ask a Real Estate agent what it costs to get started. :-)

Is being a Real Estate Broker a pyramid scheme as well? They do the same thing only charge their employees a lot more. I don't have monthly fees by the way and my initial investment of $360 was paid back double within two days. So, if your making money, not paying monthly fees and have all the great benefits of traveling cheap and access to great sales training, where's the Scheme?
