  • When I saw the title I thought it was just a re-upload of the barbell version. I loved the last one, I always added push-ups in at the beginning to get the whole body. But you did that for us here. Quick question tho, can you make a video on good form for squat variations? Most people only put the barbell ones and I was wondering about form for dumbbell or kettelbell. Thanks for the workouts man.

  • hey funk i have a question that I believe any mma fighter would ask, how do you gain mass in mma without heavy heavy lifting, as in 4 reps for a weight. I only do circuit training with alot of body weight exercises, i.e. sit ups, pushups, pullups, chin ups with 20-30 lb dumbbells for other exercies. My nutrition is stellar, no refined sugars all that jazz. Is there any thing else I should be doing to gain more mass? thanks in advance, i love your vids
