How can you use for an example a game during which the zerg doesn't go for mutas against a massive tanks army? What would have happened if Stephano didnt rush with his roaches like a noob, macroing instead, and going for mutas?

I'm not GM, but hell I know I have to go mutas if the terran is going to push with tanks. Beside when going against combo bio/mech, muta/lings seem better.

And I'm not even talking about Stephano scouting, which can be really bad sometimes (as it's the case here).

@buzzeven: you misunderstood. if you produce 4 hellions + 1 tank at the same time from one base, you can't afford a CC. but if you have the CC and you are on 2 base, you can easily keep the production up of all the stuff.

otherwise: it is easy to collect 400minerals, while training 2 hellions and one tank...

Day9, you are wrong! Your expo will go down faster if you do get addons, not when you don't. 1 factory is 150/100, with a reactor this will cost 200/150 now compair this to 2 factories 300/200 and you will have your expansion at 150 resources faster while still maintaining the same production! Factories without tech labs also can't produce tanks, so you are forced on helions.

@buzzeven A reactor builds slow,and while the add-on is being bult,units cannot be trained.Overall it takes more time :P

@buzzeven He isnt wrong, as if you had add ons you could produce double the amount from the factories spending twice as much thus getting your expo down later.

Like CrystalDeathbringers already said, mech means when you are going mechanical units as Terran such as tanks, helions and thors. (factory units)
