Well the core problem in Algeria is purely educational, human-relations, and failure of raising a well-bred citizen!!! Yes, this is what I think is suposed to treat as a main issue in our country! If yo're crossing a road and a driver hardly slows down at your toes, disregading law and human-respect! This is a citizen-to-citizen relation, so how far can a gvrnmt respect it's citizens! Charity begins at home and teaching people human empathy and sympathy is highly recommended!

Et l'argent du petole du gaz,de l'or et toutes les richesses naturelles du pays,ou vont-elles et Je n'arrive pas a comprendre la difference entre Partis Politique et associations. Thanx a lots.
