Good stuff! I have not heard about Corn Meal before, but very well done! I am wondering if you have done Vermicompost before, did you ever use the Leachate from the bottom bin, along with other additives, to make your tea with?
@sly2kusa I did have worm bins the last several years .I don't use the leachate because it's mainly rotten food water.. I try to keep the bins just damp enough to not have much runoff. leacheate means it's too wet.
Cool, I might order some worm castings from ebay and also use the mushroom compost they sell at lowes to get a decent mix, and use up to 1-2 gallons worth of materials for a 55 gallon water drum because I have a huge garden.
I'll probably use 1-2 cups of molasses and a couple handfulls of corn meal over a 48 hour span just to make the microbes really charged to maximize results I hope this stuff works well on blueberries, garlic, grasses, bamboo, palms, and vegetables.
do you utilize the compost water and the compost soil ???

Do any kinds of compost work? Also I've never bought corn meal before so can you get that at a grocery store?
stevelau1933 1 year ago
@stevelau1933 Hi yes,you can get corn meal from any grocery store.
use your best compost for making tea, the more variety of material you have in your compost the more variety of microbes.
