This video doesn't pretend that it's being played at 120 fps (by the way the human eye cannot notice more than 25 fps). But you can see when it reaches 120fps in the video, the REC logo at the bottom right corner becomes red. This red REC is to let people know that the recording needs to be done at 120fps to get this slow motion effect playing the video at 30 fps (4 times slower than what has been recorded).
120fps just means that its recording 120 frames every second which is why it can be slowed down 4 times and still look normal, because slowing it down 4 times is viewing the video at 30fps which is what the human eye sees normally. So meaning 1second of recording can equate to 4seconds of normal viewing without losing smoothness. Savvy?

weird, coz LG viewty only records at 120 fps, doesn't actually play the video back in anything higher then 30. So this video is a lie.
