The real Anneliese Michel was a poor girl, the family and the preachers are guilty for her death.

This film does leave out many facts. It's a great film, but it shouldn't be treated like a documentary. Read the book on the case instead. :)

Yes, Requiem does pay attention to Anneliese Michels life and what had happened to her...While The Exorcsim of Emily Rose concentrtes on the court setions of the case,not as much of her life that you hear...
