Now on one hand I personally don't agree with abortion but I don't truely know if its right or wrong. I don't know if its murder or not. God has never spoken about it and as a believer I think God makes the final call on things. He did spend 7 weeks in the NICU, then came home on o2. He is 5 months old right now , 2 months adjusted age. At birth he weighed 2 lbs 12 oz, he is now up to 12 lbs and doing great. I want to add another thing, my little brother has Down Syndrome. This video kinda made me get a lump in my throat. I am 25 yrs old, and he is 9 yrs old. There are eight of us kids total. He is so sweet. He had a heart defect and had to have heart surgery as a tiny baby. He struggles with getting sick a lot more easily than the rest of us which is always so sad. Thanks for posting I am a special education teacher and I have noticed their aren't as many Down Syndrome students as their should be by the frequency at which Down Syndrome occurs! Women find out their baby will have down syndrome and then they chose to abort at 20+ weeks of gestation. The # of Down Syndrome babies born has dropped to only 5,000 per year. It is like we are watching the destruction over an entire group of people. Abortion is a slippery slope of what life is worth of living!

He did spend 7 weeks in the NICU, then came home on o2. He is 5 months old right now , 2 months adjusted age. At birth he weighed 2 lbs 12 oz, he is now up to 12 lbs and doing great. I sometimes think about what another woman would have done in my situation, and it is sad. I could never imagine my life without him. And to have an Abortion at 19 weeks, when he still had a heartbeat, wasn't an option. It was up to God.

Just wanted to state my opinion. I think their is little reason to get an abortion. To let a baby die is horrible. I have had 3 beautiful babies. My last pregnancy my water broke at 19 weeks. I was told that he wouldn't survive, they asked me if I wanted an abortion, since i could get an infection. I said no I would do anything to let him live. I needed to make it 24 weeks. I spent 10 weeks in bed, 6 of them in the hospital. He was born at 28 Weeks, do to God listenting to so many prayers.

I want to add another thing, my little brother has Down Syndrome. This video kinda made me get a lump in my throat. I am 25 yrs old, and he is 9 yrs old. There are eight of us kids total. He is so sweet. He had a heart defect and had to have heart surgery as a tiny baby. He struggles with getting sick a lot more easily than the rest of us which is always so sad. Besides aborting a baby with a birth defect, isn't any guaranty that a later birth of a chid born healthy might not be afficted by a worse disease or disability later in life, like cancer, autism, muscular distrophy, etc. Many illnesses that are far worse than Down's Syndrome.

Thanks for posting I am a special education teacher and I have noticed their aren't as many Down Syndrome students as their should be by the frequency at which Down Syndrome occurs! Women find out their baby will have down syndrome and then they chose to abort at 20+ weeks of gestation. The # of Down Syndrome babies born has dropped to only 5,000 per year. It is like we are watching the destruction over an entire group of people. Abortion is a slippery slope of what life is worth of living!

99% of people don't legally have guns. It's easy in any country to illegally get guns. A lot of times when a nation implements strict gun control, shootings go down, but other violent crimes go up. An unarmed populace make easy victims, just ask any Jews living in Germany in the 1940s, also ask any non-Muslims living in Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the Sudan. Imagine what would happen to rape statistics in any country if every young woman carried a handgun in her purse.

I also don't think that Palin should be praised for having a baby with down-syndrome. She knew she was in a high-risk pregnancy, and when her water broke early in Texas, instead of going to the hospital she went to do a press conference. Afterwards she flew back to alsaka! Someone who has been pregnant 4 times before would know you don't get on a plane when you are so far along in the pregnancy not to mention a high-risk one. This isn't Roe/Wade abortion, it is infanticide. Allowing a wanted child to die like this is murder - why is the same thing for the unwanted child acceptable to Obama?
The baby is outside of the mother and is now a human being. Whether the doctors intended for the baby to die or not is not relevant. That baby deserves the same constitutional rights as a wanted child.
Obama said abortion is 'above my pay grade' - I guess allowing murder isn't.

It is a separate and clearly distinct human life once it exits the woman's body. The woman's body is no longer the issue. You're missing that point. To be an abortion, by definition, the body must come out dead. If the body comes out alive, as here, it is now human life and should be protected as a normal baby would be.
In short, this is not abortion. Letting the baby die at this point is not related to the woman's body or her 'choice'. It is infanticide.

In this situation, once the baby is out and alive, the woman's body is not threatened in any way, nor are her 'rights' violated if the baby receives proper care.
When the baby does not receive proper care and dies, the 'unwanted' baby's rights have been violated. Would you support that happening to a wanted baby?

If a man disrespects the least among us, then what.A good example of how much he 'cares' can be seen by looking at his family.His aunt has been living in a Boston SLUM for 5 years! Watch it again - this isn't Roe/Wade abortion, it is infanticide. Allowing a wanted child to die like this is murder - why is the same thing for the unwanted child ok to Obama? The baby is outside of the mother and is now a human being. Can't you see this? Whether the doctors intended for the baby to die or not is not relevant.
