  • @KrezzyNL Hello :) Blessed is right :) Breasts have muscles too. These exercise will definitely help reduce the sagging and droopiness of the breasts. Commitment is key! I would also recommend massaging your breasts regularly. This is another great way to correct sagging. BONUS of Massage its a great way to prevent breast cancer. Yeah for that!!   • I'm a D34 or DD34 depending on the brands.... I'm only 18 but have been like that since 15 years old!! I feel like my breasts sag and I'm still so young :( will this help me out to make them look round and toned instead of flat on the top and long?

    Can I add weights to giv eme better results? I have 3lbs weights at home, will that help me more or not?

  • @xxStarGazerLily Absolutely these exercise will help. Make sure you do the exercises 3 days of the week and if you can do more great! You can definitely add some weights to the exercises. Weights will give you the benefit of everything when it comes to exercises, especially toning. You should see results within a week/week 1/2 and even greater results as you continue. Massage is a great way to bring elasticity back into the skin as well. Check out my website for massage tips. :)

  • @korseo2 Hi and thank you :) When completing the exercises do 2-3 sets of each exercise, 10-12 reps. If you can push yourself even more, great!!! Keep me posted :) All the exercises it takes about 10-15mins

  • @Mikaleal24 Exercise is healthy for anyone and could help with a small amount of growth. Remember you do have 6-7 more years of development. I would also recommend massaging the breast area. Massage will increase blood flow to this area therefore creating a perkier breast with possible growth. Visit my website for massage techniques and for information on foods that help with breast growth. I would NOT recommend any pills or creams because you are so young and still developing. There are a couple of images & steps on how to properly massage your breasts. This will help with your breast growth and from the sounds of it you still are developing. Massage will help bring blood flow to the breasts, there4 creating fuller, perkier breasts. I was planning putting out a small video on breast massage, so check back.   • i'm 16 and i want my breasts to be bigger. im skinny and i cant gain weight therefor my breasts arent as large as i want them to be. i dont want to take pills or use a cream, and besides food and excecising is there any other way? thanks :)

  • @Skifflecow I wouldn't recommend using any pills or creams at your age anyways, only because you are still developing. I can recommend taking a little time each day massaging your breasts. Massaging will increase blood flow, therefore creating a perkier breast with possible growth. Then if you want to add in exercises or foods you can do that as well. Hope that helps :)

  • I'm twenty and my breast are 36C. And I've always had sagging problems. I don't want them bigger per say I just want them perkier. I heard it was impossible to get perky breast when they have already sagged. I really want the top part of my breast to be plumper b/c it looks flat. Is this really going to show a dramatic difference to the point where I can wear no bra and my breast still look perky?

  • @lMlAlCl Yes!! This will definitely help with the sagging. Taking care of yourself makes a huge difference in appearance. It help make the skin look healthier, it improves little imperfections, and when it comes to muscle/fitness remember the breasts are part muscle as well. They need to be exercised too in order to keep a nice perky breasts. You'll see an improvement within a few weeks, but give it a couple months and you will get the results that you are looking for :) Hope that helps!
